Hotel Shinsaibashi ARTYInn Phase 2 Renovation

We renovated the unused existing guest room floor of the Shinsaibashi ARTYInn Hotel, located in the heart of Osaka Minami, through our design and construction services.
Additionally, we conducted partial repair work on the exterior walls.

Expansion in anticipation of future inbound demand

After the first-phase renovation, the hotel, despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, has been operating with high occupancy rates, especially receiving positive feedback for its sauna and large bath facilities.
Due to the increasing demand in the future, particularly for inbound travelers, the decision has been made to further increase the number of guest rooms.

Construction schedule that does not impact operational efficiency

The second-phase construction took place while the existing guest rooms were in operation.
To minimize the impact on occupancy rates, we closely communicated with the hotel manager and the business owner, adjusting the construction schedule to the maximum extent possible.
The project has been successfully completed.
Currently, the hotel is reported to have an occupancy rate of around 90%, receiving high praise and popularity.
